Investment Criteria
Synova Capital is focused on making equity investments of between £3 million and £20 million in UK mid-market companies, typically valued at between £5 million and £50 million.
The key characteristics that the Fund looks for in potential investments are:
- A strong competitive position
- Positive EBITDA with stable cash flows
- Potential for significant EBITDA growth over the investment period
The Fund also has an active co-investment programme and will consider investments in companies which have an enterprise value in excess of £50 million where the opportunity meets our investment criteria.
