Andrew Muir-Simpson appointed as an Investment Manager
Synova Capital LLP ("Synova Capital"), a UK private equity fund focused on the lower mid-market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Muir-Simpson as an Investment Manager.
Prior to joining Synova Capital, Andrew worked for Société Générale Group and BDO Stoy Hayward in their Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments respectively. During this time, he advised a number of private equity firms on a variety of mid-market transactions. Andrew is also a qualified accountant.
