TLG Brands, which holds the Fiorelli, NICA and Modalu fashion labels, is the UK's leading supplier of affordable luxury handbags and accessories.

TLG Brands has significantly grown market share in recent years and the brands themselves are sold throughout the UK in more than 500 independent retail outlets and leading department stores. Over the past three years, the Group has successfully launched Fiorelli, NICA and Modalu in a number of international markets.

Synova Capital has invested with TLG Brands' founder and Chairman, Stuart Lunan, to support the Group's international growth strategy with particular focus on international markets. Stuart has been joined by Mike Hiscock (formerly Managing Director of Nica) as CEO, with former LVMH Finance Director, Marlies Spiekman recruited as CFO.
